REFUND POLICY

Effective Date: January 1, 2026

This Refund Policy governs all professional services provided by Alderwick Stone Partners (“Company”, “we”, “our”, or “us”).

Alderwick Stone Partners provides IT Consulting and RPA Consulting Services, including technology consulting, automation strategy, business process analysis, workflow optimization, and related professional advisory services.

Due to the customized and professional nature of consulting services, refunds are subject to the terms described in this policy.

By purchasing services from Alderwick Stone Partners, the Client acknowledges and agrees to the conditions outlined below.

1. Nature of Services

Alderwick Stone Partners provides customized consulting services based on each client’s specific business requirements.

Services may include:

  • IT Consulting

  • Technology Strategy Consulting

  • RPA Consulting

  • Automation Assessments

  • Business Process Analysis

  • Workflow Optimization

  • Digital Transformation Consulting

  • Technology Advisory Services

  • Consulting Reports and Recommendations

  • Project Planning and Implementation Support

Because these services require professional expertise, dedicated resources, research, analysis, and customized recommendations, payments may become non-refundable once work has started.

2. Non-Refundable Services

The following services are generally non-refundable once work has commenced:

  • IT consulting engagements

  • Technology assessments

  • Business process analysis

  • Automation discovery and evaluation

  • RPA consulting services

  • Technology strategy development

  • Consulting reports and documentation

  • Solution recommendations

  • Project planning services

  • Advisory sessions

  • Implementation support services

Once consulting resources have been assigned and professional work has begun, the Company incurs time, labor, and operational expenses that cannot be recovered.

3. Refund Eligibility

A refund request may be considered under the following circumstances:

3.1 Duplicate Payment

If a Client accidentally submits duplicate payment for the same invoice or service, the duplicate amount may be refunded after verification.

3.2 Service Not Yet Started

If no consulting work has started, no resources have been allocated, and no services have been delivered, the Client may request a refund within seven (7) calendar days from the date of payment.

3.1 Company Unable to Provide Services

If Alderwick Stone Partners determines that it is unable to deliver the agreed services due to internal limitations or circumstances beyond reasonable control, a full or partial refund may be issued at the Company’s discretion.

4. Partial Refunds

If consulting work has already started, Alderwick Stone Partners may issue a partial refund based on the specific circumstances of the engagement.

Partial refunds may consider:

  • Completed consulting hours

  • Work already performed

  • Research and analysis completed

  • Deliverables provided

  • Resources allocated

  • Administrative expenses

  • Third-party costs incurred

The Company reserves the right to retain payment for all services completed before the refund request.

5. Milestone-Based Projects

For projects structured around milestones:

  • Completed milestones are non-refundable.

  • Approved deliverables are considered completed and earned.

  • Refund requests may only apply to future milestones that have not started.

  • Payments associated with completed work cannot be refunded.

6. Client Delays and Project Interruptions

Refunds will generally not be provided for delays or interruptions caused by the Client, including:

  • Failure to provide required information

  • Failure to provide access to necessary systems or documentation

  • Delayed approvals or feedback

  • Lack of communication

  • Changes in business requirements

  • Internal organizational changes

  • Failure to complete agreed responsibilities

The Company reserves the right to consider services completed based on the amount of work performed.

7. Change of Mind

Refunds will not be issued due to:

  • Change of business direction

  • Budget limitations

  • Internal company decisions

  • Change of priorities

  • Dissatisfaction resulting from changes requested after project approval

  • Change of mind after consulting services have started

Clients are responsible for reviewing service descriptions, agreements, and project requirements before purchasing services.

8. Third-Party Expenses

Alderwick Stone Partners is not responsible for refunding expenses related to third-party services, including:

  • Software subscriptions

  • Cloud service providers

  • External platforms

  • Technology licenses

  • Hosting services

  • Third-party tools or vendors

Any third-party expenses incurred during a project are subject to the policies of the respective provider.

9. Chargebacks and Payment Disputes

Clients agree to contact Alderwick Stone Partners before initiating any chargeback, payment dispute, or payment reversal.

The Company reserves the right to provide supporting documentation, including:

  • Service agreements

  • Invoices

  • Project documentation

  • Consulting reports

  • Communication records

  • Deliverables

  • Work completion records

Unauthorized or fraudulent chargebacks may result in:

  • Suspension of services

  • Termination of agreements

  • Collection procedures

  • Legal action where permitted by law

10. Refund Request Procedure

All refund requests must be submitted in writing to:

  • Client name

  • Company name (if applicable)

  • Invoice number

  • Date of payment

  • Amount paid

  • Description of the refund request

  • Reason for requesting a refund

Incomplete requests may delay the review process.

11. Refund Review Period

Refund requests are generally reviewed within ten (10) to thirty (30) business days.

During the review process, Alderwick Stone Partners may request additional information or documentation.

The final decision will be based on:

  • Service status

  • Amount of work completed

  • Project agreements

  • Applicable circumstances

12. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Alderwick Stone Partners shall not be responsible for:

  • Indirect damages

  • Consequential damages

  • Lost profits

  • Business interruption

  • Loss of opportunities

  • Loss of data

The Company’s total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by the Client for the specific service related to the claim.

13. Final Determination

All refund decisions are made by Alderwick Stone Partners after reviewing the specific circumstances of each request.

The Company reserves the right to approve, deny, or adjust refund amounts based on the services provided and expenses incurred.
